We have two experienced physiotherapists with complementary areas of expertise: Joyce Evans in sports and musculoskeletal care, and Judith Wood in the care of older adults. This allows us to match patients with the physiotherapist best suited to their needs.

With Joyce Evans, who has over 25 years of experience and has been physiotherapist for Gibraltar Rugby Football Club. Assessment and rehabilitation of sports injuries, joint, back and neck pain, sprains and strains, and post-operative recovery, with a structured programme to get you back to activity.
Physiotherapy for older adults
With Judith Wood, a specialist geriatric physiotherapist and winner of the Allied Health Professional Award at the 2025 Gibraltar Health Authority Staff Awards. Mobility and balance, strength and conditioning, falls prevention, frailty, and rehabilitation after illness or hospital admission.
Home-visiting physiotherapy
Where getting to the clinic is difficult, physiotherapy can be provided at home, often the more useful setting since it is where mobility and safety actually matter.
Common questions
Do you treat sports injuries?
Yes. Joyce Evans assesses and treats a wide range of sports and musculoskeletal injuries, including sprains, strains, joint pain, back and neck pain, and rehabilitation following injury or surgery. Where useful, we can also arrange diagnostic ultrasound and ultrasound-guided injections with our consultant radiologist, Dr Christopher Rodriguez. Our Sports & Exercise Medicine service, led by Dr Eva Carneiro, provides additional specialist assessment and treatment for more complex or persistent injuries, including platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections where appropriate.
Do you offer home-visiting physiotherapy?
