Whether you have medical issues to discuss, need a prescription or a sick note, or even a referral to a hospital consultant simply click the button below, and complete the short registration in order to book a video or phone consultation. Any prescriptions required can be picked up from a local pharmacy or even delivered to your door and  a record of the consultation can then be sent to your NHS GP if required. 

It is as simple as that!

In-keeping with our desire for to provide ongoing care, if after the consultation you decide to become a member of Wayfarer Health this fee will be refunded in full at the end of the first year.

Whilst Wayfarer Health will not charge for issuing of prescriptions, you should note that whilst we will organise further investigations as required (eg blood tests, ultrasound scans) these will need to be paid for separately, as will any medications that are needed.
